Tamim Group is hiring a Security In-Charge to oversee and manage all security operations across its premises. The role involves supervising security personnel, ensuring safety protocols are followed, monitoring access control, and preventing risks or incidents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage overall security operations across all locations.
2. Ensure the safety and protection of company assets, employees, and visitors.
3. Ensure proper control of all incoming and outgoing people, vehicles, and materials.
4. Identify risks and take preventive actions.
5. Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches.
6. Prepare and submit regular security reports, incident logs, and performance evaluations.
7. Develop and enforce security policies, discipline, procedures, and protocols.
8. Prepare and maintain a simple fire safety plan for the factory.
9. Ensure all fire safety equipment (extinguishers, alarms, hydrants) is ready and working.
10. Check, supervise, and support regular inspection and maintenance of fire safety systems.
11. Conduct fire drills and guide emergency evacuation to ensure a quick and safe response.

Academic Qualifications:

• HSC
• Concentration/Major: HSC / Graduation in any discipline

   • 7–12 years of experience in security supervision or a related field

   • Physically fit (minimum height: 5’6”)
   • Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and be able to ride safely
   • Retired personnel from the Army, Navy, or Air Force will be given preference and considered an added advantage
