• Plan, organize, and control production processes to meet targets
• Ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery
• Monitor daily production output and resolve operational issues
• Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and maintenance teams
• Implement cost control and waste reduction strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety and workplace regulations
• Lead and supervise production team and line supervisors

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
