Job Description:

The Assistant Manager (Compliance) will support the development and implementation of compliance programs to ensure the company adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role involves conducting audits, monitoring compliance performance, preparing reports, and advising on legal and regulatory issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and regulatory authorities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  2. Manage employee records, benefits, and performance management.
  3. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  4. Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  5. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations regarding HR and employment practices.
  6. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
  7. Monitor and report on regulatory changes, ensuring company policies are updated accordingly.
  8. Prepare compliance-related documentation and reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  9. Organize compliance and HR training sessions for employees.
  10. Promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  11. Assist in the development, implementation, and review of company policies, ensuring alignment with legal standards.
  12. Support management in resolving compliance issues and implementing corrective actions.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and management on HR and compliance matters.
  14. Provide advice on employee-related legal issues, including contracts, disputes, and grievance resolution.
  15. Maintain accurate records of HR activities, compliance audits, and legal documents.
  16. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Master of Arts (MA)
  • Concentration/Major: Masters in Any Discipline

  5. Special Qualification: <p>Must have RMG factory related experience with 25, 000+ manpower-based structure.</p>
