Chief Marketing Officer at Dekko Accessories Ltd. (a concern of Dekko Group) leads global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and business growth, overseeing market expansion, client relations, and innovative campaigns in the apparel accessories sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales & marketing strategy aligned with Dekko & Agami`s objectives & targets.
- Define and oversee all sales & marketing functions.
- Conduct regular market research to stay on top of trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Conduct a SWOT to know the present status and take corrective actions.
- Highlighting how the marketing team’s initiatives support the company`s vision and positioning for future success.
- Drive initiatives to achieve the pre-set sales target
- Onboard new nominations to expand steps into the global market
- Identify and visit existing and new buyers to generate sales & ensure realization
- Responsible for minimizing outstanding amounts for the entire S & M Department.
- Establish metrics to track sales & marketing success and ROI, optimizing budget allocation based on performance.
- Identify and implement new revenue streams through utilizing the scopes of the accessories market.
- Connecting marketing efforts to actual sales and revenue growth
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth.
- Establish performance metrics for the marketing team and provide guidance and regular feedback to drive team excellence.
- Promote continuous professional development within the team by providing training, resources, and learning opportunities.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies to build a loyal customer base.
- Oversee CRM initiatives to manage customer data, segment audiences, and tailor marketing strategies for maximum engagement.
- Focus on enhancing customer experience across all channels, both online and offline.
- Focus on meeting the lead time to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the Product Development & submission as per buyer`s requirements
- Minimize the challenges in sample query & development
- Identifying trends or customer needs that may present new product or service opportunities.
- Providing insights into competitors` strategies, product launches, and market positioning.
- Identifying trends within the industry and predicting future changes to help the company adapt proactively.
- Identifying potential areas for growth, such as new product markets or geographic expansion.
- Need to produce various reports for the top management periodically, such as sales & revenue reports, outstanding reports, market research & insights, risk & challenges reports, etc.
- Work closely with the R&D team to align new product development with current market demands and future trends.
- Provide market feedback and consumer insights to guide innovation.
- Participate in product trials, testing, and customer feedback loops.
- Analyze global fashion/accessory trends, market shifts, and consumer preferences.
- Lead competitor benchmarking and identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Promote sustainable and innovative materials and design ideas through R&D partnerships.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
