The Executive–IE Planning role at Renaissance Group is responsible for supporting industrial engineering (IE) functions within the sweater manufacturing unit. The position focuses on production planning, efficiency improvement, and optimal resource utilization. The role involves analyzing production data, setting standard minute values (SMV), line balancing, and coordinating with production, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure timely and cost-effective order execution. The Executive also contributes to capacity planning, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance factory productivity and meet shipment deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor production plans based on order requirements and factory capacity
• Conduct time study and set accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value) for sweater operations
• Perform line balancing to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth workflow
• Analyze production performance and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to align planning with shipment deadlines
• Assist in capacity planning and machine/manpower allocation
• Track daily output vs. target and prepare reports for management
• Support implementation of productivity improvement initiatives (lean tools, method improvement, etc.)
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources (labor, machines, materials)
• Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and maintain smooth production flow
• Assist in layout planning and workflow optimization within the factory floor
• Maintain IE-related documentation and databases for continuous improvement

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: BSC in textile engineering/Diploma in Textile/Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline.
