The role focuses on maintaining labor law compliance, promoting worker welfare, and supporting sustainable workplace practices within the garment factory. The position is key to upholding company standards, buyer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and buyer requirements
2. Monitor workplace conditions to maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
3. Handle worker grievances and provide support for employee welfare issues
4. Conduct regular compliance audits and prepare necessary reports and documentation
5. Coordinate training programs on labor rights, safety, and workplace ethics
6. Maintain proper records related to compliance, welfare, and disciplinary actions
7. Support external audits by buyers, inspectors, and regulatory authorities
8. Promote awareness of workplace rights, gender equality, and harassment prevention
9. Work closely with HR and management to improve employee well-being and retention
10. Ensure implementation of codes of conduct and continuous improvement in compliance standards

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelors/ Masters in Any Discipline
