Job Description:

Pioneer Denim Limited (Garment Division) is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager (HR & Admin) to support and oversee daily human resources and administrative operations. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and general administrative functions to ensure smooth factory operations. The position plays a vital role in maintaining workplace discipline, implementing HR policies, and supporting organizational efficiency in a fast-paced garment manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment processes, employee records and updating HR databases, Payroll.
  • Oversee daily HR and administrative operations within the garment division
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
  • Supervise administrative functions including facility management, security, and logistics
  • Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes
  • Organize training and development programs for staff and workers
  • Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained
  • Liaise with management to support organizational goals and improve operational efficiency

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline/BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management
