Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Business Development at Visa World Bangladesh: leads growth strategy, builds partnerships, expands client base, develops new markets/services, manages sales teams, and drives revenue through visa, travel, and overseas education services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the business development team to achieve sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize business processes.
Academic Qualifications:
