Senior Executive, Business Acquisition

Job Description:

The Senior Executive, Business Acquisition will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and driving revenue growth for the infrastructure and energy-related services of the company. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, negotiating commercial agreements, and managing relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and project stakeholders. The position requires market analysis, proposal development, and coordination with internal teams to secure and execute new projects aligned with the company’s growth strategy. The candidate is expected to actively explore potential markets, support bid preparation, and contribute to achieving the organization’s long-term business expansion goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and proactive communication.
  2. Drive business acquisition and sales development initiatives, including client coordination and commercial negotiations.
  3. Prepare tender submissions and proposals, including detailed costing, pricing analysis, and documentation.
  4. Generate and process Delivery Orders (DO) using company ERP/software systems.
  5. Accurately record revenue and payment transactions related to projects and sales within the system.
  6. Prepare monthly performance reports and management presentations.
  7. Support preparation, submission, and follow-up of project bills and sales invoices to ensure timely processing.
  8. Conduct site visits and inspections to support sales activities, costing validation, and project coordination.
  9. Provide operational support during peak periods and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Concentration/Major: B.Sc / M.Sc in any engineering discipline

    • Sound product knowledge and commercial awareness
