A well-reputed garments manufacturing group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Officer – HR & Payroll to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure accurate payroll processing. The role involves maintaining employee records, handling attendance and leave data, preparing monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and assisting in HR administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced garments industry environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records & manpower database.
- Prepare monthly payroll, overtime calculation & final settlement.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company HR policies.
- Handle employee joining, confirmation, increment & separation process.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts for salary disbursement.
- Support performance appraisal & disciplinary procedures.
- Handle employee grievances professionally.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
