Tamim Group is seeking a dynamic and organized Distribution Officer to oversee and coordinate product distribution activities across its operational network. The role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery, route planning, dealer coordination, inventory movement tracking, and maintaining efficient logistics operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process delivery orders, coordinating with warehouse staff for accurate picking, packing, and dispatch.
2. Plan daily delivery schedules and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries at minimal cost.
3. Coordinate with drivers and 3PL partners to track shipments and resolve transit issues.
4. Monitor depot stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
5. Maintain delivery, invoice, gate pass, and VAT/tax-related records.
6. Handle sales returns and customer complaints regarding shortages, damages, or delays.
7. Generate daily and monthly reports on distribution performance and stock reconciliation.
8. Solve problems promptly, including vehicle breakdowns or traffic delays.
9. Communicate effectively between sales, warehouse, and transport partners.
10. Use logistics/WMS systems and Excel for operations and reporting.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
