A well-reputed group of company is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Asst. Manager – Internal Audit to strengthen its internal control and risk management framework. The role involves conducting internal audits across different business units, evaluating financial and operational processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Participate in Annual Risk assessment activities and audit planning
2. Assist in conducting internal audits across branches and departments
3. Perform control testing and document audit working papers
4. Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and irregularities
5. Support compliance, operational, and special audits
6. Assist in preparing draft audit and review reports
7. Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations
8. Support internal reviews and fraud-related examinations as assigned
9. Attend meetings to understand business processes and emerging risks
10. Maintain proper audit documentation in line with professional standards Carry out other duties assigned by the Chief Internal Auditor.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/ Masters /BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.
