A well-reputed 100% export-oriented washing industry is looking for a competent and proactive Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – HR & Compliance to oversee HR operations and ensure full compliance with local labor laws and international buyer standards. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance management, policy implementation, and disciplinary procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee database, attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer Code of Conduct requirements.
- Prepare and maintain compliance documents for internal, external, and buyer audits.
- Coordinate factory certifications, social compliance audits, and corrective action plans (CAP).
- Monitor workplace health & safety standards and ensure proper implementation.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and employee relations matters.
- Conduct training and awareness programs on compliance, safety, and company policies.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and buyers regarding HR & compliance issues.
- Ensure smooth HR operations aligned with company policies and organizational goals.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
