We are looking for a proactive Executive / Sr. Executive – HR for the Vertex RMG Division (Vertex Group). The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations to support smooth factory performance and workforce engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and buyer requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports (manpower, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support audits and compliance inspections.
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
