Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the quality control team, including scheduling workloads and providing training and guidance to team members.
2. Develop and implement quality control procedures for all sewing operations, including measuring garments, checking for defects, and conducting visual inspections.
3. Monitor and report on quality control performance, identifying any areas of concern and implementing corrective action as necessary.
4. Work closely with production team to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.
5. Conduct PP meeting, Risk assessment for upcoming styles and have skill to make and check finished pattern.
6. Investigate voice of guest complaints and issues related to quality, working with relevant departments to identify and implement solutions.
7. Discharging duties and responsibilities by maintaining safety and compliance procedure.
8. Ensure that all equipment used in sewing operations is properly maintained and calibrated to deliver consistent quality results.
9. Participate in regular meetings with other departments to discuss quality-related issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
10. RFT Improvement
11. Focus on the voice of the guest and work to minimize problems.
12. Must need to achieve company DHU target.
13. Monitor and control TOP and defects on a daily and monthly basis.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
