Meghna Fresh LPG Limited (MFLPG) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) which is engaged in carrying LPG by ship, manufacturing carriable cylinders on its own plant, securing mounded LPG storage, filling LPG into carriable cylinders, and distributing countrywide. Currently, MFLPG is searching for experienced and proactive professionals for its plant operation in Narayanganj. The incumbent will play the supervisory role in the plant by coordinating various activities within the LPG Plant and will report to the Plant Head,

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor daily activities given by the Plant Head after distributing all operational work among subordinates & supervisors for smooth operation.
2. Maintain secured loading and unloading operation of Fresh LPG from ship/road tanker as per the standard checklist.
3. Monitor log sheets & schedule maintenance of LPG pumps, Compressors, Air Compressors, Generators, and other instruments to ensure proper tracking of the circumstances.
4. Inspect various sorts of safety instruments like firefighting equipment, lifesaving equipment, gas detectors, flame detectors, smoke detectors, etc. to ensure a risk-free environment.
5. Coordinate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to train the employees to ensure competency in the workforce.
6. Monitor all maintenance-related activities in the LPG bottling system, firefighting system, and utility system of the plant and take corrective action if any discrepancy is found.
7. Maintain proper coordination with the sales and distribution team to manage the monthly sales demands of home and industrial LPG cylinder sales.
8. Monitor the housekeeping schedule in order to ensure a clean, healthy, and safe plant.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Technical/Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
