The Manager–Store will lead and oversee all store operations within the garments division of Urmi Group, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely material availability, and strict compliance with company procedures. The role requires efficient coordination with procurement, production, and planning teams to support smooth production flow and maintain optimal stock levels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall store operations and ensure proper inventory control.
• Maintain accurate stock records, documentation, and system updates.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and delivery of materials to production.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
• Enforce compliance with store policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
• Lead and supervise store staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
