The Executive–Welfare will play a key role in ensuring a positive, compliant, and supportive working environment for all employees within the garments division of Urmi Group. The position focuses on promoting worker well-being, strengthening employer–employee relations, and supporting HR initiatives related to compliance, safety, and engagement. The role requires close coordination with production, HR, compliance, and administration teams to uphold company values and maintain a harmonious workplace that enhances productivity and worker satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing welfare programs and worker support initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication with workers to address concerns and improve engagement.
• Support compliance activities related to health, safety, and workplace standards.
• Organize awareness sessions, training, and recreational activities for employees.
• Ensure proper documentation of welfare activities and employee grievances.
• Coordinate with HR, compliance, and production teams to maintain a positive work environment.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
