Job Description:

Alauddin Ahmed Foundation is seeking a dedicated Executive Officer – Admin to support its expanding educational and community development initiatives. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining effective communication across departments, and providing operational support for the Foundation’s social welfare activities. The position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities that contribute to the Foundation’s mission of serving communities through education, healthcare, and development programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personal records.
  • Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing.
  • Assist management in HR, procurement and logistic activities.
  • Supervise office staff and ensure a disciplined work environment.
  • Prepare reports, letters and meeting minutes as required.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
