Support the HR department in a well-reputed group by managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations to ensure a smooth, productive, and people-focused workplace.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Support organizational development and drive HR initiatives in alignment with company goals.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievance management, and performance management processes.
- Maintain employee database and generate reports as required.
- Coordinate with departmental heads to ensure smooth HR support across the organization.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Maintain HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and discipline.
- Support performance appraisal and training activities.
- Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, and HR operations.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM from a reputed university.
Professional Certifications:
- PGD in HRM added Advantages.
