Goldsands Group is seeking a proactive and target-oriented Deputy Manager – Sales to support the growth of our real estate portfolio. The position involves leading sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and driving team performance to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced property market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
2. Lead, motivate, and guide sales teams across multiple branches
3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
4. Monitor sales performance and prepare progress reports for management
5. Identify new business opportunities and market trends
6. Ensure alignment of sales objectives with company goals and standards

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

   • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in real estate or similar industry
