The Jr. Executive – Human Resources (HR) will assist in implementing and maintaining HR operations at Debonair Padding & Quilting Solution Limited, a sister concern of Debonair Group. The role involves supporting recruitment, attendance and payroll management, employee welfare, and compliance activities to ensure smooth HR functions in alignment with the company’s policies and organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and employee database management.
• Support recruitment processes such as job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update personnel files, HRIS data, and employee records accurately.
• Prepare HR reports, notices, and circulars under supervision.
• Coordinate training, orientation, and employee welfare activities.
• Support payroll preparation and verify overtime and attendance data.
• Ensure smooth HR communication between departments and floor-level staff.
• Monitor compliance, discipline, and factory-level HR policy implementation.
• Assist in documentation for buyer compliance, audits, and certifications.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Manager/Department Head.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

Professional Certifications:

• PGDHRM or HR-related training will be considered an added advantage
