BNM Garments Ltd., a growing export-oriented ready-made garments manufacturer based in Savar, Dhaka, is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Team Leader to strengthen its Human Resources department. The position involves leading HR operations to ensure effective manpower management, compliance with labor laws, and the maintenance of a safe and positive work environment. The HR Team Leader will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and supporting a culture of discipline, engagement, and continuous improvement within the factory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement factory-level policies effectively.
• Ensure  Compensation & Benefits policy.
• Recruit employees based on factory needs and manpower plans. 
• Prepare and manage the Manpower Budget.
• Monitor and implement KPI policies.
• Handle disciplinary actions in compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law.
• Supervise factory-wide duty schedules and monitor operational-level attendance and performance.
• The HR Team Leader will be supported by one HR Executive and one Payroll Officer.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
