Croydon Kowloon Designs Limited, a leading export-oriented garments manufacturing company located at Dhaka EPZ, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Executive – Welfare (HR, Admin & Compliance) to join its Human Resources team. The position is responsible for ensuring employee well-being, maintaining compliance with labor laws and buyer standards, and supporting HR and administrative operations to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should have knowledge in EPZ Labor Law, Rules & Wages scale.
• Counselling workers on Late, Absent, Grievance, PPE, Discipline & coordinate to initiate disciplinary action.
• Maintaining registers of MLV, Grievance, Absent Counselling & Late counselling.
• Communicate updates on policies and welfare-related matters.
• Monitor and ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Organize health camps, awareness sessions, and wellness programs for employees.
• Maintain accurate records of welfare activities, incidents, and complaints.
• Prepare regular reports on employee welfare status and improvement plans.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
