The Sample In-charge will be responsible for managing the full sample development process of a 100% export-oriented garments factory in Bangladesh. The position requires close coordination with the merchandising, design, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate, high-quality samples as per buyer requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and finishing, with the ability to maintain international quality standards and support smooth bulk production.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the entire sample development process.
• Coordinate with merchandising, design, and production teams for timely sample submission.
• Ensure samples meet buyer specifications, measurements, and quality standards.
• Maintain proper records and tracking of all sample orders and approvals.
• Communicate with buyers or buying houses regarding sample comments and corrections.
• Guide sample room staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in sample production.

Academic Qualifications:

• HSC
• Concentration/Major: HSC or Diploma /Honours Preferable
