Job Description:

The position of Officer – HR & Admin is responsible for providing comprehensive support in managing the company’s human resources and administrative functions. The role involves assisting in recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, performance management, HR compliance, and general office administration to ensure smooth operational efficiency. The incumbent will work closely with the HR & Admin team to implement company policies, maintain employee records, and foster a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with the organization’s values and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist in HR activities and initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports.
  • Support recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
  • Manage office administration, logistics, and documentation.
  • Any other task assigned by the senior/ Management.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in HRM or related field
Professional Certifications:
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 22 - 36 years
  2. Gender: Male, Female
  3. Training/Course: MS Office
  4. Area of Expertise: HR and Admin
Experience and Skills:
  1. 1 - 2 years (Freshers are allowed to apply)

Salary/Compensation: ৳22,000 - ৳25,000
