The Head of Accounts & Finance at JK Lifestyle Ltd will lead the finance and accounting functions, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, audits, and compliance, while guiding strategic financial planning for the company’s wellness and lifestyle operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Budgeting & Financial Planning.
2. Analyzing Financial trends in order to assist the Management.
3. Cash Flow Management & Forecasting.
4. Tax, VAT, Audit Management.
5. ERP & software (Odoo/Tally/QuickBooks).
6. Leadership & Team Management.
7. SOP preparation for smooth departmental and cross departmental operations.
8. Developing and maintaining the financial policy.
9. Strong Communication & Compliance Knowledge.
10. As a key member of the team you will play a critical role in ensuring transparency, compliance & effective financial management to support organizational mission and vision.
11. Other assigned duties as per top management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.

Professional Certifications:

• CACC will gate advantage
