The HR Officer (HR, Admin & Compliance) at Santic (Bangladesh) Co. Ltd., a multinational Chinese garments manufacturer, will manage HR operations, employee relations, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and company policies.
- Support factory audits and maintain HR, admin, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accounts.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and employee welfare programs.
- Liaise with government and regulatory bodies for licenses and inspections.
- Coordinate safety, training, and compliance awareness programs.
- Prepare periodic HR and compliance reports for management and head office.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
