Paragon Ceramic, a sister concern of Paragon Group, is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager for its Internal Audit Department to support operational excellence in ceramic manufacturing. The role involves conducting audits, assessing internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting risk management to enhance operational integrity and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal audits of factory operations, including production, inventory, procurement, logistics, and store management.
2. Verify compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
3. Assess internal control systems and identify gaps or risks in factory operations.
4. Prepare audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and corrective action recommendations.
5. Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and corrective measures.
6. Assist management in improving efficiency, reducing waste, and strengthening internal controls.
7. Support special investigations and management reviews as required.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Professional Certifications:

• CA (CC)/CMA -(Partly qualified)
