1. Proven track record in financial leadership, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
3. Excellent analytical, budgeting, and financial planning skills.
4. Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
5. Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
7. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
8. Lead and develop the finance team to maintain high performance and accuracy.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management/Related field

Professional Certifications:

• CA/CMA Qualified or Partly Qualified
