Fashion Pulse Ltd., a concern of Fashion Step Group, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Compliance to support the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs. The role involves ensuring adherence to local labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and international audit standards across all operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer codes, and audit standards (BSCI, SEDEX, etc.).
- Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Implement and monitor corrective action plans (CAPs).
- Conduct training on compliance, safety, and labor rights.
- Maintain documentation and liaise with buyers and regulatory bodies.
- Promote a safe, ethical, and compliant workplace environment.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
