Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily lingerie production activities to achieve production targets and shipment deadlines.
2. Ensure product quality according to buyer requirements, approved samples, and technical specifications.
3. Monitor production output, efficiency, manpower, attendance, and overtime.
4. Ensure the availability of fabrics, lace, elastic, cups, straps, and other production materials.
5. Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, IE, Quality, Cutting, and Warehouse teams.
6. Identify production bottlenecks and minimize rework, rejection, and material wastage.
7. Monitor line balancing, machine utilization, and operator performance to improve productivity.
8. Maintain production reports and analyze efficiency, downtime, and quality performance.
9. Ensure housekeeping, workplace safety, and compliance with buyer requirements and company policies.
10. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and improve efficiency.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering.
