Team Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Merchandiser to manage buyer communication, order execution, product development, costing, sampling, and production follow-up. The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, effective coordination with buyers and internal departments, and the ability to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain regular communication with international buyers regarding product inquiries, order status, shipment schedules, and approvals.
2. Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to monitor order progress and ensure timely production and delivery.
3. Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely sourcing and availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories, including follow-up on lead times, approvals, and delivery schedules.
4. Assist the Line Manager in expediting production activities to meet planned deadlines and shipment targets.
5. Maintain and update merchandising correspondence, order files, production reports, and other relevant documentation.
6. Manage all accounts assigned by the supervisor and provide regular updates on order status, progress, and potential issues to management.
7. Coordinate with buyers and garment factories to resolve order-related issues and ensure smooth execution from order confirmation through final shipment.
8. Maintain effective customer relationships through regular communication to explore new business opportunities, expand the potential market, and support business growth.
9. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc/ MSc in Textile Engineering or Related
