Remark HB Limited is seeking a results-driven Senior Executive – Supply Chain Management to oversee procurement, inventory control, supplier coordination, logistics, and supply chain operations. The role focuses on ensuring timely material availability, cost efficiency, smooth operational workflows, and effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to support business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Source and develop reliable suppliers for imitation jewelry, fashion jewelry, and accessories, clothing, ladies' parts and bags, shoes from local and international markets mostly from India China, Turkey, Thailand, Korea etc.
2. Identify new products, designs, and fashion trends based on market demand and customer preferences.
3. Negotiate product prices, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, packaging, and other commercial terms with suppliers. Collect and compare supplier quotations and prepare product costing for management approval.
4. Coordinate product sampling, customization, and new product development with suppliers. Monitor purchase orders, production progress, shipment schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
5. Ensure product quality by coordinating inspections and resolving quality issues with suppliers.
6. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and continuously expand the supplier network.
7. Coordinate with merchandising, inventory, warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth product availability.
8. Monitor market prices, competitor products, supplier performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and business growth.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
