The Officer (HR Admin & Payroll) supports daily HR operations, handles payroll processing, attendance and leave management, and ensures smooth administrative activities in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll, attendance, and leave data.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee queries.
- Assist in administrative tasks and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
