Job Description:

The Officer (HR Admin & Payroll) supports daily HR operations, handles payroll processing, attendance and leave management, and ensures smooth administrative activities in line with company policies and compliance requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll, attendance, and leave data.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee queries.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 25 - 36 years
  2. Gender: Male, Female
  3. Training/Course: MS Office
  4. Area of Expertise: HR payroll
Experience and Skills:
  1. 1 - 2 years (Freshers are allowed to apply)
  2. HR payroll
  3. Area of Business: Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
