Job Description:

Support the HR department in a well-reputed group by managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations to ensure a smooth, productive, and people-focused workplace.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. 
  • Support organizational development and drive HR initiatives in alignment with company goals. 
  • Handle disciplinary issues, grievance management, and performance management processes. 
  • Maintain employee database and generate reports as required. 
  • Coordinate with departmental heads to ensure smooth HR support across the organization. 
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
  • Maintain HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and discipline.
  • Support performance appraisal and training activities.
  • Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, and HR operations.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM from a reputed university.
Professional Certifications:
  • PGD in HRM added Advantages.
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 30 - 45 years

Experience and Skills:
  1. 4 - 10 years

Salary/Compensation: ৳70,000 - ৳90,000
